Booking of Our Tour Packages

  •  The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking in case of incorrect information or non-compliance with terms.
Amendment in Booking Tour
  •  Any request for changes in travel dates, destinations, hotels, or number of travelers must be made in writing or through official communication channels.
  •  Amendments are subject to availability and approval by service providers.
  •  Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the amendment.
  •  The company is not responsible if amendments are not possible due to availability constraints.
Cancellation of Booking Tour
  •  Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through registered communication methods.
  •  The date of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered the cancellation date.
  •  No cancellation will be accepted after the tour has started.
Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation before the departure date:

  •  More than 30 days before departure: Minimal or no cancellation charges
  •  15–30 days before departure: Partial cancellation charges apply
  •  7–14 days before departure: Higher cancellation charges apply
  •  Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund
  •  Exact charges may vary depending on hotels, airlines, and third-party service providers.
Payment Policy
  •  All payments must be made only through the official payment gateway available on our website.
  •  We do not accept cash or offline payments unless clearly mentioned.
  •  The company is not responsible for payment failures due to technical issues with banks or gateways.
  •  Booking confirmation is subject to successful payment.
Refund Policy
  •  Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges.
  •  Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, depending on the payment gateway.
  •  No refund will be applicable for unused services or early departure from the tour.
Other Terms & Conditions
  •  Tour itineraries are subject to change due to weather, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  •  The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or third-party service providers.
  •  Travelers are responsible for carrying valid travel documents, IDs, visas, and insurance.
  •  Any damage to hotel property or transport will be the traveler’s responsibility.
  •  The company acts only as a facilitator for travel services and shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during the tour.
